Other wastes of this subgroup, resulting from the aerobic treatment of solid waste, pose a serious problem for the environment and human health. These wastes include residual materials such as solid residues after composting, excess moisture that may permeate the soil, and gases released during the treatment process. The primary problem is that these wastes, although not dangerous at first glance, may contain impurities of heavy metals, organic pollutants and other harmful substances.

Aerobic waste treatment includes processes of biological decomposition of organic substances under the influence of oxygen. During this process, compost is formed, which can be used as fertilizer. • creating and implementing systems for monitoring the composition of waste and its impact on the environment.

Environmental management of other wastes of this subgroup should also include measures to increase the environmental awareness of the population. It is important that people understand the damage that can be caused by improper handling of waste and violations of the rules for its collection and transportation. Conducting information campaigns and educational events can help reduce the negative impact of these wastes on the environment and human health.
