Sand in fluidization processes

Fluidized bed sand is the result of complex technological processes of burning or pyrolysis of waste. This material accumulates in large quantities in facilities that use fluidized bed systems for waste treatment. This type of waste has specific properties that require special approaches to its management and storage. The problem of increasing the volume of sand from the fluidized bed is becoming more and more urgent due to the increase in the number of industrial processes that use this technology.

Fluidized bed sand has become a significant problem for many waste treatment companies today. The main problem is that this material is formed in large volumes and has specific physical and chemical properties. In particular, this sand may contain residues of harmful substances that are formed in the process of heat treatment of waste. In addition, due to its composition and nature, this sand is difficult to process using conventional methods.
