Wastes from the regeneration of petroleum products belong to a special category of industrial wastes that arise as a result of the processes of cleaning and recovery of petroleum products. These wastes are complex in their chemical composition and include various toxic substances, heavy metals and residues of petroleum products. The problem of their formation is relevant not only for the oil refining industry, but also for the entire ecological system, since improper management of these wastes can lead to serious environmental consequences.
