whyneed

The problem of waste of cement-based composite materials, which are not covered by codes 10 13 09 and 10 13 10, is relevant and important for modern society. With the development of the construction industry and the increase in the volume of construction, the amount of waste generated in the process of manufacturing and using cement materials also increases. These wastes include the remains of cement mixtures, broken concrete structures, scraps of composite materials and other residues that require proper management and processing.

One of the main problems is that these wastes often do not get the attention they deserve from regulatory bodies and the companies that handle them. Because of this, waste ends up in landfills or is improperly treated, which leads to serious environmental and social consequences. Services for waste management, collection and processing: Waste of cement-based composite materials, other than those specified under codes 10 13 09 and 10 13 10. Code of NPV 10 13 11.

A pity for the environment and people

howutilize

Waste of cement-based composite materials poses a significant threat to the environment. One of the main concerns is that this waste can contain harmful chemicals that can enter soil and water resources. This leads to water and soil pollution, which negatively affects vegetation and animal life.

In addition, improper management of waste cement materials can cause a significant increase in dust levels in the air. Cement dust contains fine particles that can affect air quality and cause respiratory problems in humans and animals.

The accumulation of waste cement composites in landfills also contributes to changing the landscape and deteriorating the aesthetic appearance of the territories. This leads to a decrease in the recreational value of natural areas and negatively affects tourism and the local economy.

Pity for people

Waste of cement-based composite materials poses a threat not only to the environment, but also to human health. One of the main dangers is the possibility of inhaling cement dust. Cement particles can cause respiratory tract irritation, allergic reactions and even serious lung diseases.

In addition, waste cement materials can contain heavy metals and other toxic substances that can enter the body through skin contact or consumption of contaminated water. This can lead to various diseases, including chronic diseases and even cancer.

Waste management can also cause injuries during its handling and transportation. Workers engaged in collecting, sorting and crushing waste can suffer cuts, burns and other injuries due to improper use of equipment or insufficient training.

Ways to reduce harm

whyneed

Reducing the negative impact of cement-based composite material waste is possible through the implementation of effective environmental management methods. One of these methods is waste recycling (R5), which allows you to use the remains of cement materials for the manufacture of new construction products. This reduces the amount of waste that ends up in landfills and reduces the need for new natural resources.

Another important step is the introduction of a waste collection and sorting system at construction sites. This allows for efficient separation of different types of waste and ensures their proper processing. For this, it is necessary to ensure proper training of workers and the use of specialized equipment.

Proper transportation of waste cement-based composite materials is also an important aspect. This includes the use of specialized vehicles that ensure safe transportation and prevent environmental pollution.

Operations for collection, sorting, crushing and processing (D13) of waste cement-based composite materials must be performed taking into account all environmental norms and standards. This allows you to minimize the negative impact on the environment and people's health.
