The introduction of education programs and informing the population about the importance of waste sorting is an important step to improve the efficiency of metal packaging waste management. Educating the population about the harmful effects of metal waste on the environment and human health, as well as the need for their sorting and recycling, will reduce the amount of waste that ends up in landfills.

The development of new, more ecological types of metal packaging is an important direction for reducing the harmful impact on the environment. This includes the use of environmentally friendly materials for the manufacture of metal packaging, as well as the introduction of new production technologies that allow reducing the consumption of resources and energy.
