Aqueous liquid waste is one of the most important environmental problems of our time. Gas treatment (cleaning) processes and other industrial processes generate significant volumes of liquid waste containing hazardous chemical compounds. Methods of environmental management of hazardous wastes of aqueous liquid wastes from the treatment (purification) of gases and other aqueous liquid wastes include collection, sorting, crushing and processing of these wastes in order to reduce their harmful effects (D13).
